Rhonda Tagg

Founder and Executive Coach

I work with leaders who desire to grow their capacity to lead and make a positive impact within their organization, their community, or the broader world while honoring their core values.

I bring to coaching more than 30 years of experience cultivating the development of individuals, high impact teams and innovative solutions while operating at the intersection of people and technology.

As a Senior National Security Executive within the US Government, I experienced firsthand the benefits of working with an executive coach in challenging leadership situations—that experience increased my confidence and ability to lead while operating in a dynamic, high stakes environment.

I founded Impactex and became an executive coach to offer this opportunity to others — to help leaders reach their aspirations, navigate complexity, and make a material difference. Every day, I am inspired by the unlimited potential that lives within each of my clients and clients learning what’s possible when they unleash their untapped potential.

Education & Certifications

I attained an executive certificate in Leadership Coaching from Georgetown University’s Institute for Transformational Leadership. I am credentialed as an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) through the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and am a member of both the ICF and the Institute of Coaching (IOC). I am certified to administer and provide feedback using The Leadership Circle Profile 360 assessment and the emotional intelligence assessment, EQ-i 2.0/360.

I earned my MBA through George Mason University and a B.S. Degree from the Pennsylvania State University in Quantitative Business Analysis. I have completed advanced training in executive leadership through programs that include the Harvard Kennedy School Senior Executive Fellows program, the Massachusetts Institute of Technology program on leading organizational change in complex organizations, and the University of South Florida’s leadership program in diversity/equity/inclusion. I serve as an alumni mentor for participants across several cohorts of the Harvard Kennedy School Senior Executive Fellows program.

Through collaboration with strategic partners in leadership development and coaching, I am equipped to bring specialized skills and expertise to bear on your (and your organization’s) most pressing challenges. As a member of the ICF, I am committed to upholding the standards and ethics of the coaching profession.
